They are made up to DlN 24537 standard from steel flat bars of 2 to 6 mm in thickness and specially prepared linking cross-bars. Spacing of supports from 500 to 2500 mm. mesh size from 19x30 to 34x101 mm, other possible. Height of grids from 20 - 130 mm other possible by order.
They are made up to DlN 24537 by pressing together specially cut out supporting steel flat bars of 2 to 5 mm in thickness to link them with transverse flat bars set perpendicularly. Mesh size from 11x11 do 66 x 66 - mm other possible by order. Height of grids from 20 do 120 mm other possible. Maximum length of the grid 3000 mm, maximum width 1700 mm.
The construction enhances its anti-slipping properties. as the supporting flat bars are serrated. The characteristics of the grids, such as admissible load, weight, mesh size, sizes of supporting flat bars are the same as for standard grids made from flat bars and rods. Such grids are to be used in the sites which bear the danger of slipping due to presence of snow, ice moisture or grease.
Off-shore
Maximum length of ladder rungs is 6000mm; those made of stainless steel are 2000mm, and those made of aluminium are 6000mm.
Maximum length of panels made from perforated sheet is 6000 mm.
